East Valley has two clinics in West Covina and Pomona. We provide annually
over 59,000 patient visits to more than 21,000
unduplicated clients. Services include:
General
Medicine
Adult Medicine
General medical services, physicals, routine services. Diagnostic treatment
of chronic disease including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. X-rays and
health education services.
Pediatric Medicine
General
pediatric services, well-child visits, school services and physicals,
immunizations, newborn care.
Sexually Transmitted
Infection (STI)
Testing and treatment of
sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
HIV Testing and
Counseling
Anonymous and confidential/court-ordered testing for HIV.
Women’s
Health Care
GYN Services
Family
planning,
pregnancy testing, contraceptive services and counseling. Testing and
treatment of sexually transmitted infections and gynecological care. Annual exams including pap smears, breast
exams, and colposcopies.
Prenatal/Obstetrical
Services
As a Comprehensive Perinatal Services Provider (CPSP), we provide medical
visits, case management, delivery physician/hospital, and post-partum
care. Additionally, we provide prenatal education programs, Lamaze
classes, and breast feeding education.
Mammography Services
Mammograms for women over 40 who qualify, and/or patients presenting with
symptoms.
Menopause
Hormone
replacement, evaluations, and patient education.
Adolescent
Services
Teen Clinics
We offer family

HIV
Comprehensive Care Clinic Services
We offer
HIV
outpatient medical services for our HIV+ clients.
Case management, nutrition, and health education are an integral part of all
of our medical services.
