We strongly encourage you not arrive to our health centers

prior to calling our call center care line.

This step is in place to protect you and prevent

the spread of any possible infection.

We are closely monitoring and following CDC guidelines, as well as state and local public health departments’ guidelines. The safety and well-being of our patients, community, and staff are of our utmost priority.

East Valley stands with you during these unforeseen challenging times. In the best interest of our patients, community, and staff, we have implemented the following measures.

We are conducting health center entrance screenings to all patients and
visitors prior to entering any of our health center buildings. This is a
preventive measure to help control the spread of infection by ensuring
a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.
